Chairman Hooper called the meeting to order at 8:30am.

The meeting opened with remarks by Chairman Hooper.
Roll call and approval of minutes. Geri Hockhalter. Motion to accept minutes as presented, John Birbari second Dru Bower Moore. Carried
Appointment by Chairman Hooper of the Parliamentarian, Nathan Winters.
Remarks made by Chairman Hooper.
Report of Proxy Committee: Geri Hockhalter. 50 present, 14 proxies for 64 votes. A Quorum was present.
A report was given by legal Council Kevin Voyles. Chuck Kenyon made a motion for a vote of confidence in the newly elected officers, with a second from Dru Bower Moore. Motion carried.
Chuck Kenyon made a motion to have State donation credit card receipts shredded after 60 days, with a second by Dru Bower Moore. Motion carried.
Treasurers Report Doug Chamberlain. We currently have $24,026.76. A motion to approve the Treasurers report was made by Chuck Kenyon, with a second by Dru Bower Moore. The motion carried.
Treasurer Chamberlain gave an update on County Shares.
During Lunch we had reports from Senator Enzi and Senator Barrasso.
A report was given by Bill Novotny on the straw poll.
Carole Perkins gave a report on the site selection committee. Counties wanting to hold the June or July meeting, should e-mail Carole Perkins.
Dicky Shannor gave an update on the platforms, Resolutions and bylaws committee.
Jan Larimer gave an update on the RNC.
Erin Begeman gave an update on the State Convention.
Dru Bower Moore made a motion to form a committee to look at an employment handbook. Karl Allred made the second. Motion carried.
Brian Gamroth made a motion to amend the date for completion by the committee to 12-15-11, second by Karl Allred. Motion passed.
Miles Dalby presented a check for $2,000.00 towards Natrona County shares.
Charles Curley presented a check for $1,000.00 towards Hot Springs County share.
It was acknowledged that Park County Republicans gave their check for their $10,800.00 shares for 2012.
Chairman Hooper announced the selection of the development and finance committee for the State office. Dru Bower Moore, Doug Chamberlain, Marti Halvorson, Jan Larimer, David Horning, Chuck Kenyon and Erin Begeman.
Barry Peterson made a motion to amend our document to strike language on weighted delegates, with a second by Chatles Curley. Motion passed.
John Birbari made a motion to amend the process to a designated person, with a second by Dave Mattis. Motion carried. Clark Stith made a motion to move for the previous question with a second by Ron Wild the motion passed .Ron Wild made a motion to strike language under process to read County Chair. Second by--------------- Motion passed.
Karl Allred made a motion to strike County Caucus and replace with Precinct Caucus, a second by Bernie Dumontier. Motion carried.
Karl Allred made a motion to strike the word Proxy With a second by Fred Harrison. Motion carried.
Island Richards made a motion to release results of the straw polls within 48 hours. Second by Karl Allred. Motion passed.
Treasurer Doug Chamberlain gave an amended Treasurer's report, stating checks totaling $13,810.00 had been added.
Terry Hinkle made a motion to accept the smaller office for the State office in the current building. With a second from Chuck Kenyon. Motion passed.
District reports were given.
The next meeting of the State Central Committee will be held in Cheyenne at the Holiday Inn on Feb. 24 / 25th.
