			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>CASPER – Wyoming Republican Party Chairman Diana Vaughan will kick off the Party’s “Leading the Charge to Victory” statewide bus tour today in Cheyenne with a press conference at 2 p.m. at the Laramie County GOP Headquarters located at 419 West 17th Street. A rally and bbq hosted by the Laramie County Republicans will begin at 6 p.m. at the County's headquarters. The bus will hit the road tomorrow, October 23, with stops in Torrington, Lusk, Wheatland, Douglas and Casper.</p>

<p>“We are excited to provide Wyoming citizens this great opportunity to visit with our exceptional slate of candidates,” Chairman Vaughan said. “Without question, our Republican candidates have proven that they are ready to lead our state. Their vision for our state will help ensure Wyoming will continue to prosper for generations to come.”</p>

<p>Participants on the bus include U.S. Senator Mike Enzi, U.S. Senator John Barrasso, U.S. Representative Cynthia Lummis, Governor candidate Matt Mead, Secretary of State Max Maxfield, Auditor candidate Cynthia Cloud, Treasurer Joe Meyer and Superintendent of Public Instruction candidate Cindy Hill.</p>

<p>The bus tour, which will make stops in all of Wyoming’s 23 counties, will cover eight days and more than 1800 miles. The state’s top Republicans are on the road listening to Wyoming people share their concerns on topics ranging from the economy and jobs to education</p>]]></content:encoded>

Treasurer Meyer explained that about two weeks ago when he was attending a meeting, he reached for something and felt as if he pulled a muscle in his shoulder and chest. Because the pain of that injury was very unusual he went to the doctor and found that he actually had a tumor which is primarily on the outside of the lung, protruding inward.]]></content:encoded>
